We are based out in Metoda GIDC at Plot No. G/507/3A. It’s right near the Kisan Gate, which is a busy entry point for the industrial area. Working in a GIDC like Metoda means you are surrounded by factories and workshops all day long. Techno Hydraulics handles exactly what the name suggests—hydraulics. It’s a technical field but we try to keep things down to earth. The shop floor is usually where you’ll find most of us. There’s always the sound of machinery and the smell of oil in the air. It’s an industrial life, but it’s what we know. Being near Kisan Gate is handy because it makes logistics a bit easier for getting parts in and out. We don't have a flashy front office or a team of people in ties. We’re just regular folks who understand how hydraulic systems work and how to fix them when they break. The area can get pretty crowded with trucks and workers during shift changes, but that’s just the rhythm of the place. We’ve been part of the Metoda community for a while now and have seen it grow quite a bit. It’s a lot of hard work, and we don't spend much time on fancy speeches. We just get to the plot, start the machines, and deal with whatever repairs or builds are on the schedule for that day. It keeps us on our toes.
