Calidad Engineering

Our workshop is on Bolbala Road, right near the Ghanshyam Nagar Industrial Area. It’s a typical engineering spot in Rajkot. We’ve got Calidad Engineering set up in a space that’s mostly filled with tools, welding machines, and pieces of scrap metal. It’s not a showroom by any means. We do a lot of custom fabrication and repair work for other local businesses. If something breaks or needs a specific metal part, folks around Ghanshyam Nagar usually come to us. The floor is concrete and usually has some grease stains. We have a couple of guys who are really good with their hands and can fix almost anything. The street outside is always busy with small tempos and rickshaws moving parts around. We don't have a big sign, just enough so people can find the door. Our "About Us" is really just the work we do every day. We start early, have some tea, and get to work. Sometimes we’re working on a big frame, other times it’s just small brackets. We don't have a website or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get most of our jobs. It’s a bit noisy and the air smells like burnt metal, but we like it that way. We just keep the machines running and try to stay on top of the orders that come in. It's a practical way to make a living.
