Sorento Granito Pvt Ltd is right in the middle of all that commotion. It’s a dusty spot, but that’s just how it is around the bye pass. We spend most of our mornings watching the trucks come in and out. The location is practical for getting the tiles moved out to where they need to go. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place that holds our stock and the people who keep the records. We sit near the front and keep an eye on the gate. Sometimes it gets so loud with the traffic outside that we have to close the windows, even when it’s hot. We know the neighbors over at the ginning mill well enough. We’ve been operating from this corner for a while, so the routine is pretty set. There’s no big marketing team here, just us making sure the granite gets handled correctly and the customers find the place without getting lost in the bypass traffic. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we just keep showing up and doing the same thing. There is always a new shipment to organize or a truck that needs to be loaded up before dark.
