Our workshop is located on Survey Numbers 767/2 and 767/3 along Lakhdhirpur Road. We are based in Lakhdhirpur village, which is part of the Morvi area in Rajkot. Since this is a big hub for the ceramic and stone industry, being here makes a lot of sense for us. We deal with diamond tools and things used for cutting stone. The road outside is almost always busy with trucks carrying tiles and raw materials. Inside our gates, it’s mostly the sound of machines and the smell of metal. We have a couple of sheds where we keep the stock and do the necessary work. It’s not the cleanest place, as there is always some dust or grease from the tools, but that is how it goes in this line of work. We aren't much for fancy talk or marketing. If someone needs a specific tool for their stone cutting machine, they usually know exactly what they are looking for, and we just provide it. The weather in Morvi gets incredibly hot, which makes the afternoon shifts pretty tough. We just take a break when we need to and get back to it. Most of our staff have been with us for a while, and we just get on with the day’s tasks. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, right in the heart of the Gujarat industrial belt. We don't worry about being fancy, just about being here.
