Shree Radhe Engineering

We are located in the Metoda Industrial Area, right on Kalawad Road in Metoda. Shree Radhe Engineering has been in this spot for quite a while now. The workshop is always noisy because of the machines and the metal work we do every day. It’s an industrial place, so there’s always grease on our hands and iron scraps on the floor. We don’t have an office with air conditioning or anything like that. We spend our time out on the floor making things and fixing parts. The traffic on Kalawad Road can be a bit much during the shift changes when everyone is trying to get home. We open up early to beat the heat, but by midday, it’s still pretty warm inside. My brother and I handle most of the tasks ourselves with a couple of guys to help with the heavy stuff. We get a lot of people from other factories around here coming in for small jobs. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a receptionist. If the door is open, someone is usually inside working on a lathe or welding something. We’ve had this place since the industrial area was much smaller. Now there are factories everywhere you look. We just focus on our own work and try to finish the orders on time. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do.
