We are set up on the upper ground floor of the Shilpi Complex, right near Shrawan Chokdi. Federal Bank is just nearby, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are coming for the first time. The stairs can be a bit steep, but it’s a decent spot. Being near the Chokdi means there is always traffic and the sound of horns, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our office is where we handle all the engineering designs and the paperwork for our projects. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and computers, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and discussing technical details. Sometimes clients come in to sit and go over their plans with us. We offer them a chair and some water and just get into the details. It’s a simple way of working. We don't have any big signs or bright lights outside. Most people hear about us from someone else in the trade. When the power goes out, which happens now and then, we just take a break until the generator kicks in or the lights come back on. It’s a typical day-to-day routine for a small engineering firm in a busy town like this. We just try to get the drawings right and keep the projects moving along. We have been here for a good while and the location suits us just fine for now.
