Our shop is at Plot No-25-A in Jintan Udhyognagar. One of the best things about being here is that we’re right opposite Krishna Bakery. In the mornings, you can smell the fresh bread and biscuits when they open up. It makes the start of the shift a lot better for everyone. Jintan Udhyognagar is an industrial patch, so it's mostly warehouses and other workshops like ours. It gets dusty, and the road can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. We’ve got a decent amount of space on the plot. We keep the main machines in the middle and the raw materials stacked toward the back. It’s not organized like a library, but we know where everything is. If you need something, you usually have to move two other things to get to it. That’s just how it works when you’re busy and space is tight. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while. The neighbors are mostly good people, and we all kind of look out for each other. If someone’s truck breaks down or they need a hand lifting something heavy, we step in. It’s a community of makers and fixers. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning or a lot of bells and whistles. We just have the workshop and a small corner with a table where we eat our lunch. It’s a basic setup, but it’s served us well.
