Our place is located right on the 8/A National Highway in Wankaner. If you drive past Sartanper, you will see Shine Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. sitting there. Being in the ceramic hub of the country means things move fast around here. We deal with ceramics and tiles every single day. The factory floor is always busy with the sound of machinery and workers moving crates around. It is a big operation, but we try to keep things grounded. We have been working out of this Wankaner location for years now. The dust from the clay is just part of life here. We spend a lot of time looking at batches and making sure the colors aren't off. Sometimes things go wrong with a kiln or a shipment is delayed because of truck issues on the highway, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. People come to us from all over because we are right on the main road. The office is usually cluttered with tile samples and paperwork. We don't use much fancy software, just notebooks and some basic computers to keep track of orders. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on getting the crates loaded and sent out to the customers. That’s pretty much our whole day, from early morning until the sun goes down and the next shift takes over.
