Our place is located on Old Ghutu Road, right where the pavement starts to get a little rough. We use P.O. Box No. 222 for our mail, but the physical work happens here at the site. Shapphire Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a big, fancy name, but we are a pretty grounded operation. The yard is usually full of materials, and there is always a layer of fine dust on everything because that is just the nature of ceramics. We’ve been at this spot for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us. It isn't the quietest place to work, especially when the heavy trucks are loading up in the morning, but we like the rhythm of it. We don't spend money on shiny brochures or expensive sales teams. Most of our customers are people we have known for a long time or folks who were told to come see us by a friend. We keep a small office in the corner where we handle the bills and the phone calls. It’s a bit cramped, especially when more than two people are inside, but it works for what we need. We don’t really worry about being the most modern shop on the block. We just care about making sure the stuff we sell is solid and that we are here when the customers show up. It's just a regular day-to-day life for us here at the workshop.
