Sai Ram Hotel Works

If you go down Gondal Road and look for Vrindhavan Industrial Estate, you’ll find us at Shop No-19. We call the place Sai Ram Hotel Works. We spend our days building and fixing equipment for hotels and restaurants. It’s right across from Krishna Park, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find the turn-off. The shop is usually full of stainless steel tables, big burners, and tandoors that are either being made or repaired. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the welding equipment and metal sheets lying around, but we know where everything is. Hotel owners come to us when they are setting up a new kitchen or when something breaks in the middle of a lunch rush. We know how stressful that is, so we try to help out quickly. We aren’t a big corporation, just a small crew that knows how to handle a welding torch. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors in the industrial estate are all good people. It’s hard work and the shop gets pretty hot when the torches are going, but it’s what we do. We just want to make stuff that lasts because kitchen equipment takes a lot of abuse every single day. We don't have a fancy catalog, just our hands and the tools in the shop. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us.
