Raj Machine Tools

Operating out of Village Shapar right on the National Highway 8 is a bit of a grind sometimes because of the dust and the trucks constantly roaring by. Raj Machine Tools is located right opposite Shantidham Road, which makes it easy for people to find us even if the traffic is heavy on Gondal Road. We spend most of our time dealing with heavy machinery and all the parts that go with them. It’s a lot of metal and grease around here. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get the job done. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go along N.H. 8-B, but we just keep doing our thing. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we check the inventory or talk to someone who stopped their truck to pick something up. Being out here in Shapar means we’re a bit away from the main city, but the highway keeps us busy enough. Most of the guys working here have been around for years and they know the machines inside out. We don’t bother with fancy brochures or big ads. People mostly just know we’re here by the side of the road. It’s a simple way of working. Some days are long, especially when a machine needs fixing and the parts are being stubborn, but that’s the nature of the work.
