We are located at Plot-D-15/16 on the Almighty 2nd Gate Road in the Metoda GIDC area. This is where Prakash Engitech Pvt Ltd does most of its heavy lifting. Being in Lodhila Metoda means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there’s a constant sound of trucks and machinery all day long. Our gate is usually open, and you can see the guys working on the shop floor from the road. It’s a lot of metalwork and fabrication, so things can get a bit cluttered with raw materials and half-finished pieces. We don’t have a team of secretaries or a big HR department. It’s mostly just the technicians and a couple of us handling the paperwork and orders. We eat our lunch together in the small break area we set up in the corner near the back. Some days are stressful when deadlines are tight, but we try to keep a decent mood. The floor is concrete and stays cool enough in the morning, but by midday, the machines make it pretty warm in there. We’ve been at this specific plot for a while now, and we’ve got our routine down pretty well. We don't do much in the way of advertising or marketing. Usually, people find us because they work in the same GIDC and saw what we were doing. It’s just an honest day’s work for everyone here at the plot.
