Paras Gift & Quartz

Paras Gift & Quartz is out here in the Lati Plot area, right near the Dariya Lal Mozek estate. It is more of an industrial-feeling part of town, but we have made a nice little spot for ourselves at Estate No 2. We deal with a lot of different gifts and clocks, which is why we have Quartz in the name. You can hear the constant ticking of a dozen different wall clocks if you stand still long enough in here. It is a bit of a funny sound once you actually notice it. The area around us is always busy with big trucks and workers, so we get a lot of people stopping in during their afternoon breaks or after they finish their shifts at the nearby factories. We try to keep a good stock of clocks especially, because that is what the people around here seem to want the most for their homes. The shop gets a bit dusty because of all the work going on outside, so we are always wiping down the glass displays with a cloth. We do not have any fancy marketing or big light-up displays. We just put the items out on the wooden tables where people can see them and pick them up. My cousin helps me with the heavy lifting when the new shipments arrive at the door. It is a basic shop.
