Calicut Tiles Industries

Calicut Tiles Industries has been operating out of Old Jambudia for quite some time now. We are located right along the 8-a National Highway, which is a prime spot for anyone in the tile business. The highway is always humming with traffic, which keeps us on our toes throughout the day. We deal with tiles all day long, and it is a business that requires a lot of attention to detail even if the surroundings are a bit rough. Our facility is a mix of old-school methods and the regular hustle of a modern workshop. You can usually find us out in the yard checking the stock or in the back where the kilns are situated. It’s a dusty environment, but we don't mind it much. We’ve got a small crew of workers who have been with us for years. We know the neighbors around Old Jambudia well, and we all help each other out when needed. When customers come by, they usually just walk straight into the work area to find one of us to talk to. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a waiting room with magazines and coffee. It’s just a place where tiles are made and sold to people who need them for their homes. Some days the logistics of getting everything onto the trucks can be a headache, but we always figure it out. It is just the way things go when you are running a local industry on a busy highway. We stay focused on the task at hand.
