Nilesh Engineers

Our workshop is at Plot No-23 in the Samrat Industrial Area, right on Gokuldham Main Road. It’s a busy part of the industrial zone, and there’s always something going on nearby. We’ve been running Nilesh Engineers from this spot for quite a while now. The place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular industrial shed where we keep our tools and machines. Inside, it’s a different story because that’s where all the work happens. We do a lot of different engineering jobs, from small repairs to making custom parts for people. The floor is concrete and often has oil spots, and the air smells like cut metal and machine oil. That’s just the way an engineering shop should be, in my opinion. We have a small crew of guys who know their way around a lathe and a drill press. We don’t bother with corporate meetings or fancy mission statements. If a customer brings in a part that’s broken, we look at it, figure out a fix, and tell them what it will cost. We like being on Gokuldham Main Road because it’s easy for trucks to get to us. It can get pretty loud during the day with all the other shops nearby, but we’re used to the noise. We just focus on the work sitting on the bench in front of us. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far.
