New Amrut Industries

You can find us over in Phase II of the GIDC Aji Industrial Area, right at number 326. It's a busy part of town, always trucks moving in and out. New Amrut Industries has been operating from this spot for a good bit now. We do a lot of the heavy lifting that other places don't want to mess with. The shop floor is usually covered in metal shavings by noon. We spend a lot of time maintaining the machines because if they stop, everything stops. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. My brother and I run the place mostly. We have a small crew who shows up early and stays late when there’s a big order to get out. The air smells like grease and hot metal most days. We don't have a big sign out front, just the unit number mostly. If you’re looking for us, just look for the stack of crates near the gate. Sometimes the heat in the summer gets to be a bit much, so we start the shift even earlier to beat the sun. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the area, just a reliable one where you can get an honest answer about a job. We've seen a lot of businesses come and go in Phase II, but we just keep our heads down and keep working. It's just steady work here.
