Neo Ceramic is located right on Old Ghuntu Road. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy spot for this kind of work. We spend our days surrounded by tiles and raw materials. There isn't much to say about the building itself; it’s just a sturdy place that keeps the rain off the equipment. We started doing this because there was a need for it, and we’ve stayed because we know the trade. The floor is usually covered in a thin layer of white powder, and the noise of the cutters is something you just get used to after a while. We aren't a big corporation with people in suits; we’re just folks who know how to handle ceramics. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a part we have to wait for, but we find ways to keep moving. Most of our day is spent checking quality and making sure things are packed tight so they don't break on the road. Old Ghuntu Road sees a lot of traffic, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't put much stock in fancy talk or big promises. We just put the product out there and let it speak for itself. It’s a job that keeps us on our feet from morning until the sun goes down. It’s honest work, and we’ve been doing it long enough that the routine feels like second nature now.
