Mech Tech Engineers

Mech Tech Engineers is out on Shapar Road. Our plot is number 12, part of Survey No. 281/1. Shapar is a busy place, always full of trucks and noise from all the factories. We’ve been here for a while now. We do engineering work, mostly fixing things or making custom parts for the other businesses nearby. Our shop isn't anything special to look at. It’s a metal building with high ceilings and plenty of grease on the floor. We have a small team of mechanics and machinists. We don’t have a human resources department or a marketing team. If you need something, you just talk to whoever is closest to the door. We use everyday tools and some old lathes that have seen a lot of use. It’s a lot of manual labor, but we like it. The air in Shapar can get pretty thick with dust, especially in the dry season when the wind picks up. We just keep the fans going and get on with it. We don't make big promises or use complicated language. If a job is too big for us, we say so. If we can do it, we just get it done. It’s a simple business model that has kept us going through some lean years. We don’t need much more than our tools and a steady stream of work to be happy. Most people around here know us by now. We’re just part of the local landscape.
