Adani Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Alap A building. We are up on the tenth floor, so we get a pretty good view of the surroundings. We are right across from the place that sells Jalaram Chikki, which is a big landmark that people use to find us. Being in the food business means our office often has different smells from whatever we are testing that day. It is a busy office with people constantly on the phone or checking lists. We started out small and have just kept growing over the years without making too much noise about it. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, which is always a topic of conversation here. We have a team of people who really know their way around food ingredients and packing. It is not always easy work because there are a lot of details to get right every single time. We do not have a fancy reception desk or leather sofas. It is just a practical workspace with desks, chairs, and samples of products everywhere. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure things are moving as they should. Sometimes things get delayed on the road, but we just deal with it. We enjoy being in this part of town because it is easy for everyone to get to. It is just a normal day of work for us.
