Our shop is over in the Atika Industrial Area, specifically at number 7 on Dhebar Road South. Being in an industrial zone means there is always noise from machines and trucks idling outside. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it suits us just fine. We do a lot of food processing here. There are several of us who have been working together for a long time, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just focus on the food and making sure the batches turn out okay. The afternoon sun hits the front of the building pretty hard, so it gets warm inside around three o’clock. We usually take a short break then. It’s an honest way to make a living, even if it’s greasy and loud sometimes. Most of our customers are other businesses nearby or people who have been buying from us for years. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in town, we just want to do our bit and go home at the end of the day. Dhebar Road is always moving, and we are just one part of that machine. Sometimes we run out of things or a machine breaks, and we just fix it and keep moving forward. It’s just the way things go in this line of work. We keep at it.
