Chhaganlal Bhatia

We have been here at Ujjam Apartment for quite a while now. It's right across from the Royal Complex in Mill Para. Most days it’s just us doing our thing on Kanta Stri Vikas Gruh Road. The area has changed a lot since we first set up, but our spot stays pretty much the same. You might miss the door if you’re not looking closely because the street gets busy with traffic and people heading to the market. Chhaganlal Bhatia isn’t a huge operation with fancy signs. It’s just a place where we get our work done. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit loud, but we’re used to it. We keep things simple here. There isn't a big lobby or anything like that. Just a couple of desks and some old files. People stop by and we chat, mostly about the local news or what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how things run. It’s a practical setup. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. If you walk down the road, you see all the usual shops and people you’ve known for years. It feels like home to us. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to keep things moving. There’s no big secret to how we work, we just show up and do what needs doing every single morning. It is a bit cramped inside with all the boxes, but we know where everything is.
