About Lovato Ceramics – Building & Construction Material in Rajkot
We are situated along the 8-a National Highway, right across from Lalpar Village. It’s near the Moolchand Station area in Vikram Vihar. If you know the highway, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks hauling stuff back and forth. Our ceramic business is right in the middle of that. We’ve got a decent-sized yard where we store the finished crates. It’s mostly outdoor work, though the kilns are under cover. We don't really do much in the way of sales pitches. People come to us because they need tiles and we happen to have them. The dust from the highway tends to settle on everything, so we are always cleaning the display pieces. It’s a family-run kind of place, even if it’s registered as a company. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting and a couple of us in the small shack we call an office. The heat in the summer is pretty intense, especially near the firing zones, so we start early to beat the sun. We’ve had this spot for a while and have seen the village of Lalpar grow around us. We aren't looking to become some giant global brand. We just want to make sure the quality is decent enough that people don't complain. It’s a simple life. We drink a lot of chai, talk to the drivers, and make sure the accounts are settled at the end of the month. It’s just regular work for regular people.
