We are based in Rajkot at 1 Shubh Prabha Apartment, which is at 28 Karan Para. Our office is right behind the main bus station, so it is a very active area. You can hear the buses pulling in and out and the conductors shouting all day long. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s very convenient for getting around. The apartment is on the ground floor, so it is easy for people to find us without having to climb too many stairs. It is just a few rooms that we’ve filled with desks, chairs, and filing cabinets. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from the phones to the paperwork. Karan Para is a busy neighborhood with a lot of small businesses like ours. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when we have deliveries coming in, as there isn't a whole lot of storage space. We usually have a pot of tea going, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We aren't big on formal meetings or corporate talk. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. Being so close to the bus station means there are always people moving about outside, which makes the day go by a bit faster. It’s a simple, local operation and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
