Ks Engineering

Our shop is located at 2 Ghansyam Nagar in the Virani Aghat area. We are right opposite the Swaminarayan Estate, which is a pretty big landmark around here. If you’re coming through this part of town, you’ll see plenty of other workshops doing similar work. We focus on general engineering tasks, mostly stuff that requires a lathe or some welding. The building isn't brand new, and the floor has its fair share of oil stains, but that’s because we actually work here. We started Ks Engineering with just a couple of machines and slowly added more as we could afford them. It’s a small team, mostly just us and a few helpers who have been around for a long time. The neighborhood is full of small industries, so there’s always the sound of hammering or grinding in the background. We like it here because everyone knows each other. If we’re short a specific tool, we can usually borrow one from the guy next door. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny signs. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or they just see us while they are heading into the Swaminarayan Estate. We just try to do a decent job on every piece that comes across our bench. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy and the lights on.
