Khodiyar Engineers

If you drive down the National Highway 8/B near the Shivam Industrial Area, you will likely see us. Khodiyar Engineers is located right near Shree Hari and behind the petrol pump. We are directly opposite the Murlidhar Way Bridge, so we get a lot of dust and noise from the heavy trucks passing by all day and night. The location is practical because it’s easy for the big rigs to pull in when they need something looked at. We deal with a lot of mechanical stuff and engineering repairs. The workshop is usually a bit of a mess with parts scattered around, but we know where everything is. It’s a gritty job, and we all go home with grease under our fingernails every evening. We don't have a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't under a machine at the moment. We’ve been in this spot for several years, watching the highway get busier and busier. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of being in this industrial zone. We don't spend money on fancy signs or colorful brochures. Most of our customers come to us because they broke down nearby or heard about us from another driver at a rest stop. We just try to get them back on the road as fast as we can without any unnecessary fuss or delay. It's hard work but it pays the bills.
