J.K. Machine Tools

Our business is located in the Shreeji Industrial Estate. We are right on the Morbi-Rajkot Highway, near Sakat Sanala. Being on the highway means we see a lot of trucks and traffic passing by all day and night. It’s a good spot because people can pull in easily. We sell machine tools and parts. Our warehouse is full of shelves with different bits, blades, and heavy tools. It’s a bit of a maze if you don't know where things are kept. We spend a lot of time helping people find the exact tool they need for their own workshops. Sometimes they bring in a broken part to show us what they’re looking for. The air is often a bit dusty from the road and the nearby industrial activity. We have a small counter where we do all the sales. It's a simple operation. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just know our tools and we know what the local shops need. We get deliveries of new stock a couple of times a week. Unloading the crates takes some effort. We’ve been here long enough that most of the regulars just come in and start looking through the bins themselves. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We open up early and stay until the highway traffic starts to thin out a bit. It’s a loud, busy place but it suits us just fine.
