Jay Techno Forge

Jay Techno Forge is located on Street Number 10 in the Aji Industrial Area. We’re right near K. Rashiklal & Co. and just behind where Advin Diesel is situated. Being in Rajkot, it gets pretty loud with all the forging work going on. You can hear the hammers from down the street most mornings. We started this place with just a couple of machines and a lot of hope. Now, we’ve got a few more people helping out, but it still feels like a small family shop. The floor is always black with soot and oil, and that’s just the way a forge is supposed to look. We don’t have a website with fancy photos or anything like that. We just do the metalwork and hope the parts are good enough to keep people coming back. It’s a lot of physical labor, standing by the furnaces and handling the heavy parts. Sometimes the heat is almost too much, but we just drink some water and keep going. We know the other shop owners on Street 10 pretty well, and we often borrow tools or help each other out when someone’s truck breaks down. It’s a tight-knit spot. We don't try to be something we’re not. We’re just a bunch of guys in Rajkot making forged parts the old-fashioned way. It's hard work but it's our work.
