N P Spares

N P Spares is tucked away on Dr. Radhakrishna Road in the Sadar area of Rajkot. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s always crowded with people looking for parts and different mechanical bits. Our shop is full of shelves, and honestly, they are getting a bit too crowded these days with all the different spares we keep in stock. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping track of what is in those boxes and making sure we can find things when a customer walks in. Sometimes someone comes in with a broken part that they can’t even name, and we have to spend some time digging through the back to see if we have a match. The air is always a little dusty, and there is usually a stack of delivery boxes near the door that we haven't had time to move yet. It isn’t a high-tech operation, just a local parts store where we know a lot of the mechanics who stop by. We don't have a website that works right or anything like that, we just rely on people knowing where we are. Dealing with suppliers takes up a lot of the morning, and the afternoons are mostly spent talking to folks who need their machines running again. It is a bit chaotic sometimes, but it’s our way of making a living here in the middle of Rajkot at our Mangalam building spot.
