Jay Ganesh Agro Food Ind.

Out here in Gondal, we run Jay Ganesh Agro Food Ind. It’s a place that’s deeply tied to the land and what grows around here. We deal with agricultural products mostly. The pace changes depending on the season. During harvest, it gets very loud and very busy. Other times, it’s a bit quieter. We don’t have a specific street number that everyone uses, but everyone in this part of Gondal knows where the Jay Ganesh Agro Food Ind. facility is located. It’s a large enough space to hold the stock and the processing gear. We spend our days checking the quality of the grains or whatever is coming in from the farms. It’s dusty work, and you definitely get your hands dirty. We don't bother with fancy offices. Most of the time is spent on the floor or near the loading docks. We keep our equipment running as best as we can. It’s a lot of repetition, but that’s how the food industry works. We’ve seen the seasons come and go, and we just keep doing the same thing. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy. We don’t talk much about goals or anything like that. We just focus on the bags and the trucks and the weather. When the work is done, we lock up and do it all again tomorrow. It is just a regular life here. There is a lot of pride in just keeping the place going.
