Jay Engineering

We are based out of Shed K-1/11-12 in Metoda, right across from Stern Testing. Being near Kishan Gate makes it easy for us to give directions, though the industrial estate is so big that people still get lost sometimes. Jay Engineering is where we put in our hours. The shed is large enough to hold our equipment, but it still feels a bit tight when we have a big project going on. We aren't engineers who sit behind desks all day. Most of our time is spent out on the floor, measuring things and making sure the machines are calibrated right. It’s a dusty place, and the sound of metal hitting metal is pretty much the soundtrack to our lives. Metoda is a busy hub, so there’s always a hum of activity around us. We’ve got a small crew of guys who have been with us for years. We don't bother with fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just look at the drawings and get to work. Sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, and we have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just the nature of engineering work. We value honesty and getting the job done without a lot of talking. Our neighbors at Stern Testing and Consultancy are good people, and it’s a decent community to be a part of. We’re just here doing our bit every day, making sure things are built to last and orders are ready.
