Jasmin Enginreering Works

If you drive down the Gondal Road Highway and look behind Krishna Park, you'll find us in the Shiv Industrial Area. Jasmin Engineering Works is located at Survey No. 48, and it’s a place that stays active from early morning until the sun goes down. We share the road with a lot of other businesses, so there’s always trucks and bikes moving around. Our workshop focuses a lot on things like Falcon Submersible Pumps and other gear. It gets hot in Vavdi, especially during the summer months when the sun hits the metal roof. We just drink a lot of water and keep the fans going. It’s not a quiet place because of all the grinding and welding sounds. We’ve got a lot of tools scattered around, but we generally know where everything is. The shop floor is worn down from years of heavy parts being moved around. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. Our focus is just on the metal and the mechanical problems that come our way. Sometimes the supply of materials gets delayed, which is frustrating, but we manage. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years. We aren't big talkers. We just show up, put on our work clothes, and get to the tasks that need finishing. It's a simple way to make a living and we're used to the grease and the hard work. It is what it is, and we just keep the machines running.
