J. P. & Sons

J. P. & Sons is run directly out of J.P. House at 2/8, Gayakwadi Plot. It is a family-run business through and through. We have set up the office on the ground floor of the house. It feels very lived-in, with some family photos on the walls and usually a few toys from the grandkids scattered around on the floor. We do not have a formal lobby or a front desk. If you come by to see us, you are basically walking right into our second home. We handle a little bit of everything here. The phone is almost always ringing and someone is usually hunting for a file that got moved. It is a bit disorganized at times, but we know exactly where everything is. We have been living and working at the Gayakwadi Plot for as long as I can remember. Our neighbors are more like friends or family than just people living nearby. Sometimes we take our meetings out on the front porch if the weather is nice enough. We are not some big firm where everyone wears a suit. We just wear what is comfortable and focus on the work. The house has been in our family for several generations, and the business has just grown up right alongside us. It is a small operation where we do our own bookkeeping and talk to our customers ourselves. It is personal for us, and we like it that way.
