Our business, J. K. Machine Tools Gujarat Pvt. Ltd., is found at Plot No. P 109/110/1. We are right by the Kranti Gate in GIDC Lodhika, Metoda. Having three plot numbers combined gives us a decent amount of room to work with. The Kranti Gate is the main landmark around here, so most people use it to find their way to us. We have been at this location for a good stretch of time, and the shop floor is almost always full of tools and parts. It might look a little bit cluttered if you aren't used to a machine shop, but we have our own way of keeping track of everything. The people working here mostly come from the Rajkot area, and many of us share rides to get to work every morning. It is a long workday, but it is steady. We don't put much stock in fancy decorations or expensive furniture for the office. The walls could probably use some fresh paint, but we usually decide to spend our time and money on the machines instead. It is a very down-to-earth environment where we just talk to each other directly instead of sending a bunch of emails. GIDC Lodhika is a big hub for businesses like ours, and we are happy just being a small part of it. We keep things simple and stay focused on the work.
