Fine Sort Industries

We are situated out on the Gondal Road Highway, specifically in the Kothariya Solvent Area. It is a rough part of the road with lots of dust and big vehicles constantly roaring past. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, just a big structure that holds all our sorting equipment. Inside, the noise is pretty loud when the machines are running. We have to shout to hear each other most of the time. There is no air conditioning, so we rely on big fans that mostly just move the warm air around. We spend our days making sure the sorting is going right and that nothing is getting jammed up. It is repetitive work, but it needs to be done. We have a small corner where we keep our water bottles and tiffin boxes. Fine Sort Industries is just where we go to work. We don't have any polished presentations or a sales team. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just walk in and find whoever is available. The highway makes everything feel like it's moving fast, but inside, we just take it one task at a time. The sun sets right over the road, which is about the only nice view we get. Then we lock up, shake the dust off our clothes, and head home. That’s how it goes for us every day.
