Face Ceramic Ltd. is located right on the 8-A National Highway, specifically on Lakhdhirpur Road. Being near the highway means there is a constant stream of trucks and noise. It is a busy place to work. We spend our days surrounded by crates of tiles and ceramic pieces. The sun hits the asphalt hard out here, and the warehouse can get pretty warm in the afternoons. We have been in this spot for a while, watching the traffic go by while we sort through the inventory. It is not a quiet office job. We are usually busy checking boxes and making sure nothing broke during transit. Ceramics can be brittle if you are not careful. We handle a lot of different patterns and sizes, and sometimes it feels like a giant puzzle. The staff here mostly sticks to the routine. We open up early, check the orders, and start moving pallets. It is repetitive but someone has to do it. Lakhdhirpur Road is full of businesses like ours, so we are part of a big community of people just trying to get through the workday. We do not spend much time worrying about how the front office looks. We are more concerned with what is in the back. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit disorganized, but we find what we need eventually. It is a practical way of living. We just keep the wheels turning here by the highway.
