You can find Avadhesh Engineering Company at Plot No.23, which is just off Gondal Road. We are situated right behind Divine Machine Tools, so if you see their big sign, you just need to head around the back to find us. The area is quite busy with all sorts of engineering and fabrication shops nearby. Our place is usually covered in a bit of oil and metal shavings because we are always working on one machine or another. It’s not the cleanest environment, but it’s an engineering shop, so that’s expected. We have a few heavy machines that take up most of the floor space. The guys here have a lot of experience and they don't need much instruction to get things moving. We usually start the day by checking the schedule and seeing what repairs or parts are needed. The sun beats down on the tin roof in the summer, making it pretty warm inside, but we have a few big fans that help a little. We don't have a dedicated sales team or anything like that. Usually, the owner is the one answering the phone or talking to anyone who walks in the door. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We’ve been at this location near Gondal Road for a long time and we know most of the other shop owners around here. If we need a specific tool or some help, we just walk over and borrow it from the guy next door.
