Bhagirath Enterprise

Our place is at Plot No-2/10 in the Bhaktinagar Station Plot area. Bhagirath Enterprise is tucked away near the Meldima Mandir, so we get a lot of people coming by after they visit the temple. You can hear the bells ringing sometimes when the wind is right. Being near Bhakti Nagar station means there is always a crowd of people heading to catch a train or just getting off one. It makes the days go by fast. The shop isn't very large and we have stuff piled up in the back because we ran out of shelf space months ago. It is a bit of a squeeze to get around sometimes. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign with lights. Most people find us because they live nearby or they are just walking to the mandir. We handle the daily chores ourselves, from sweeping the front to keeping the ledgers. It is a lot of physical work and my back usually aches by the time evening comes around. The neighborhood is friendly enough, though it gets a bit chaotic during festival times when the temple is packed. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It is not a glamorous life, but it is ours. We are just a small business trying to keep things going in this busy corner of the city.
