You can find Aruna Gears located right behind Jalganga Agro in Shapar, which is over in the Veraval area. We’ve been set up in this spot for quite a while now. Being tucked away behind another building means people sometimes miss us, but once they find the way, they keep coming back. We work on gear parts and similar mechanical stuff. It’s dusty work, and the machines make a lot of noise, but it’s what we’ve always done. The area of Shapar is full of workshops, so we fit right in. We aren't interested in being the biggest gear shop in the region. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid. My father started this, and now I’m the one looking after things. We don't have a lot of office staff, mostly just guys on the floor getting their hands dirty. The weather in Veraval can get pretty hot, which makes the workshop feel like an oven sometimes, but we keep the fans going. It’s a straightforward life. We get the material in, we process it, and it goes out the door. We don't talk much about visions or strategies. We just talk about the next job that needs to be finished. If you come by, you’ll probably find me near the lathe or checking the inventory in the back. That’s how we run things here at Aruna Gears. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
