Ambaji Industries

You can find Ambaji Industries over at Navarangpara 9/10, right in the Mavdi Plot area. We’re pretty close to Sagar Plastic, which is how most people find us if they get lost on the way. This part of town is always crowded with small businesses and people moving stuff around on carts. Our workshop isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy building with a lot of heavy equipment inside. The floor is always a bit slippery with oil and metal shavings, so you have to watch your step. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and these machines have been with us for most of it. They’re old and a bit loud, but they work fine if you know how to handle them. The air inside smells like hot metal and cutting fluid. It’s a smell you get used to after the first week of working here. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving from one station to the next throughout the day. In the summer, the heat in Mavdi Plot can be a bit much, but we keep the fans running and just keep going. We don't have a big office or a nice place for people to sit and wait. Usually, they just stand by the entrance and talk to us while we work. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on the metal and the tools and getting the job finished. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday every week.
