Over at Plot No. 2803, on Road No. 1-2, you’ll find Aim Machintechnik Pvt.Ltd. We’re located in the GIDC Lodhika Estate, specifically the Metoda district. It’s a massive industrial area, and our plot is right in the thick of it. Around here, everyone is doing something related to manufacturing. Our shop floor is usually a mess of metal shavings and heavy machinery. We spend our days making parts and assembling units that go all over the country. The Metoda estate is a long way from the main city, so we’ve got a tight-knit group of workers who’ve been here since the start. It’s the kind of place where you hear the clang of hammers and the hiss of air compressors from morning until evening. We don’t have any fancy offices with carpets; it’s all concrete and steel here. When people visit, they usually get offered a cup of strong tea in a glass, and we talk business right there among the machines. We deal with technical stuff every day, so we don’t have much patience for flowery language or corporate talk. We just focus on the dimensions and the quality of the metal we’re using. It’s a dusty, noisy life in the Lodhika Estate, but we like the fact that we’re actually building things. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
