We are located in the Aji Industrial Estate, right on the 80 Feet Road near Bhavnagar Road. It is a prime spot for an engine shop because there are so many other workshops nearby to get parts from. We focus mainly on diesel engines. You will find us covered in oil and grease most of the day. The shop is full of engine blocks and disassembled parts laid out on old wooden pallets. We do not have a fancy waiting room with coffee or magazines. If you come here, you are likely to stand in the bay while we talk about what is wrong with your machine. It gets pretty loud with the testing and the tools running, so we end up shouting a lot to be heard over the noise. We have got a small group of mechanics who really know their way around an injector pump and old fuel lines. Sometimes parts are hard to find for the older models, so we have to go hunting through the local markets or call up old contacts in other cities. It is a bit of a grind, but we enjoy the challenge of getting an engine to roar back to life after it has been sitting. Our office is just a corner of the shop with a computer that is usually covered in dust. We keep things simple and honest. We just want to fix the engines and get them back to the owners so they can work.
