Abhishek Engineers

Our shop, Abhishek Engineers, is at number 9 in Mani Nagar, over in the Mavadi Plot area of Rajkot. The zip code is 360004 for anyone needing the mail to reach us. It’s a tight neighborhood with a lot of small workshops squeezed together. You can hear the sound of metal being worked on from pretty much every door. Our place is no different. We have our machines set up in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. There isn't a showroom or a fancy sign out front. We just have the work we do. Most days are spent hunched over parts or checking measurements. It gets oily and loud, but that’s engineering for you. We don't have a big philosophy or a list of goals on the wall. We just want to finish the jobs we have so we can take on the next ones. Sometimes we have a quick lunch at the workbench because there's a lot to do. Rajkot is a busy city for this kind of work. We’ve been here long enough to know the local rhythms. It’s just us, our tools, and the work that needs finishing. No fluff, just the daily grind. We aren't trying to win any awards for how the shop looks, as long as the machines are running and the parts are right.
