Yadu Stones

Yadu Stones is tucked away in Village Basin, right near Shiv Chowk in the Indeshwar area. Being in Daryaganj district, we get a lot of local folks stopping by. We work with stones, mostly the kind you need for floors or walls. It’s a lot of manual work, moving heavy slabs and making sure they aren't cracked. We don't have a website or anything like that. Most people just see our sign near the chowk and pull in. The yard is usually full of different types of stone piles. It gets a bit messy when it rains, but we keep working through it. We aren't trying to be some high-end showroom. It's just a yard where we store and cut what’s needed. My family and a few helpers run the place. We’ve known the people around here for a long time. Sometimes we sit and have tea with the truck drivers while they wait for their loads. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, even when there is a lot to do. We just take it one day at a time. The stone business is tough on the hands, but it’s what we know. If someone needs stone for a project in Indeshwar, they usually find their way to us eventually. We just stay here near the chowk and keep the piles organized. That’s our daily routine.
