Shri Shanker Marbles

We are located right on Ring Road No. 1. If you know where the Prakash Swimming Pool is in Santoshi Nagar, we are just near that spot. It is a very busy road, so there is always a lot of traffic noise and dust. We have got a lot of marble sitting in the yard. We mostly keep the types of stone that people around here use for their houses. This is a family-run thing. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and talking to customers who happen to drop in. Sometimes the weather makes the marble slabs really slippery, so we have to be careful when moving them. We are not a big corporation with a lot of departments. We are just a local shop with a handful of workers. People come in looking for something for a kitchen or a bathroom. We show them what we have in stock at the moment. Sometimes we have to order things in if it is something special they want. We do not use any fancy sales talk here. If the stone is good, you can see it for yourself. The yard can get a bit messy with all the stone scraps. We try to keep it organized, but it is a lot of work. Ring Road gets very crowded in the evenings. Most of our guys have been with us for years. They know how to handle the heavy slabs. We are just here doing our thing every day.
