We are mostly focused on krishi utpad, which basically means farm products, and we do it right from our local area. The office is at Kaushal’s place, which makes it easy for folks to drop by. We aren't trying to be some huge company; we just want to help the farmers around Bodhkarpur. It’s a lot of work, and the days can be long, especially when we are trying to coordinate everything. We spend a lot of time talking to the local growers and figuring out how to get things moved. Being in Sadar means we are close to the action, but it’s still a very local feel. There’s no marketing team or fancy website here. It’s just Kaushal and a few others trying to make sense of the market prices and the crops coming in. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just how it goes. We like being part of the community here. If you come by Bodhkarpur, you’ll see us working on whatever needs doing that day. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning. It’s more of a practical setup where we can meet people face to face. It works for us and the people we deal with every day in this part of the region. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks that keep the company running.
