We started Pidanlama Farmers Producer Company Limited because people here in No.1 Alikash needed a way to get things done together. Ratanpur and Dakua have always been farming areas, so it made sense for us to group up. There isn't much to say about us other than we work the land every day. It’s hard work, and sometimes the weather doesn't help at all, but we keep at it. Most of us have lived in this spot all our lives. We know the soil and what grows well in this part of Mouza- Dakua. We don't have a big office or anything fancy, just our shared effort and some basic tools. People around here know where to find us if they need anything. We just want to make sure the crops get out and everyone gets a fair shake at the end of the season. It’s not a big corporate thing, just a bunch of neighbors trying to make a living. We spend most of our time in the fields rather than sitting behind a desk. That’s just how it is. If you walk down the road in Alikash, you'll see what we do. We share tools and help each other out when someone is short-handed. It’s been that way for a while now. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping our local farms going. It’s simple work but it takes up all our time and energy.
