Real Ispat & Power Limited

Our base for Real Ispat & Power Limited is in Flat No. 206 at Shwet Hans Apartments. We are located in Pt. Din Dayal Upadhaya Nagar in Raipur. It’s a residential-style apartment that we’ve converted into our working space. Chhattisgarh is a big industrial state, but our office here is quite modest. We don’t have a massive headquarters with hundreds of staff. Instead, it’s just a handful of us managing the power and steel-related details. The apartment block is pretty standard for this part of Raipur. We know our neighbors and try not to make too much noise. The work involves a lot of coordination and keeping track of various operations across the state. We don't have fancy office furniture or a receptionist at a front desk. We just answer the phones ourselves and handle the paperwork as it comes in. It’s a simple, honest way of doing things. Being in an apartment keeps us grounded and keeps our costs down, which is important. The city outside is always developing, but we keep our focus on the daily tasks at hand. It might not look like a big industrial firm from the outside, but we get plenty done from this flat. We just take it one day at a time, making sure all the practicalities of the ispats and power business are covered properly. It’s a quiet place to work most of the time, and we like it that way.
