Our office is in Raipur, specifically at Lakhe Nagar Dhal. We are in Office No 5 in Ashwani Nagar. Dealing with steel and iron products means things can get a bit messy and loud. It is not the kind of place where you will find plush carpets or expensive art on the walls. This is a working office. We handle a lot of orders for construction materials. Being near Super Sweets is a bit of a problem for our diets because the smell of fresh snacks is always there. Mahadev Ghat Road stays busy throughout the day with trucks and people moving about. We have been working from this spot for a while now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking inventory lists. It is practical work. We do not have a big team, just a few of us making sure the supplies get to where they need to go. Sometimes the heat in Raipur makes the afternoon slow, but we push through. We keep things simple. No complicated systems, just a ledger and a computer. If someone needs steel, they come to us or call. We are not trying to be anything other than a local supplier. The office is small but it serves its purpose. We know most of the people on this street by name. It is a good community to be part of. The rainy season in Raipur can be quite a challenge for the steel storage, but we manage. We are not interested in being a corporate giant.
