We’ve been running Ramjio Agro Farms Private Limited for some time now from our spot in Raipur. If you know the Country Club Campus over in Khamhardih, that’s exactly where you can find us. It’s a busy part of town but we managed to find a good space for our farm operations. We focus on the daily tasks of agricultural work, mostly just keeping things moving and dealing with the typical farm cycles. It isn't always easy working under the Chhattisgarh sun, but we are used to it. The team here is small. We mostly just know each other and the land we work on. Raipur has changed a lot, but Khamhardih still feels right for what we do. We don't spend much time in offices. Most of the work happens outside or in the sheds. It’s a practical life, honestly. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just grow things and manage the farm as best as we can. Some days are longer than others, especially when the seasons change. We just handle the logistics, the seeds, and the dirt. It’s straightforward work. If you walk by our place in the campus, you’ll probably see us busy with something or the other. We like the local feel of being here. It’s just how we operate. Nothing too complicated, just a local agro business trying to keep things going.
