Modern Pipe

Modern Pipe is situated in the Industrial Area of Sarora, right on Sarora Road. We are pretty close to the Shitla Talab, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find the place. Being in the industrial zone means there are always trucks moving around and a lot of noise from the nearby factories. We handle a lot of piping and related materials for various jobs. The yard can get a bit muddy when it rains, but we try to keep the main loading area clear. It is a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around with the forklift. We have been in this spot for several years and have seen the area change quite a bit. There used to be fewer buildings around here. Now it is quite crowded. We don't have a fancy office; it is mostly just a desk and some chairs where we sit and talk to the drivers and customers. Most of the day is spent checking the pipes for any issues and getting the loads ready for delivery. It is hard work, and the sun can be brutal out here in the open, but we are used to it. We keep our stock piled up high to save space. People come to us because they know we are right here in the middle of the industrial belt. It is a practical business without any unnecessary frills or complicated systems. We just focus on the pipes and getting things moved out.
